Functional & Fab Family basement, Two years in the making (too long), but we designed and GCd ourselves plus vacations and downtime we can finally say our basement is complete! 1400sf of finished basement space including a full bath with mosaic and subway tile, full bar with refrigerator, dishwasher, tv and microwave, family room area with fireplace and play room area with toy closet along with french doors leading to gym with treadmill, elliptical machine and bench with weights.
