Tranquility Garden, This 1 acre yard is a project of love that has taken 11 years so far and is still evolving. This property started as a new construction and the backyard was nothing but a muddy slope too steep to even walk down. All the planning and all the work has been done solely and completely by my husband. I help to maintain the property and did so some labor under his direction. This is HIS hobby. This is how HE unwinds and relaxes. This is his ARTISTIC EXPRESSION. , Gardens Design

50's Lounge Chic Living Room, 1957 slab home with the typical box living room was remodeled by bumping out front wall to include porch area, The 50's aluminum single pane windows gave way to glass block. Ceiling was ripped out and rebuilt with a deep tray. Inset was treated with venitian plaster and crown mold, as were the walls. The wood wall was created with 700 hand cut, sanded and individually finished exotic hardwood blocks, lending the warm wood tones in the room. Custon flat screen cabinet was built into wall and hidden by bifold metal art doors. Furnishings were selected with the 1950's lounge chic/asian/eclectic theme. This home is an "in progress" remodel, and as we do all construction and design, we have found great pleasure and satisfaction!, Living Rooms Design

Had to replace the floor after falling through. Even after trying to repair it there is still a strip that is open to the outside. The celing and part of the shower wall fell in showing that years of water had rotten the wood letting black mold grow., Bathrooms Design
