Created: 54 minutes ago | Flag This is the front of my house. I need ideas on what to do with it. It is in two sections. One section with a porch area and the other on the side of our garage. My husband likes the tall flowers, dahlias, i think, but with the rosebush is it too much? I'm wondering if the rose bush should be relocated? |

Contemporary Studio Apartement. Please excuse some of the bags in the background....I was packing everything up to move. |
A few years ago, my wife and I moved into our dream home in a dream neighborhood. Everything was great except the kitchen, which we thought was serviceable until we realized that the cabinets were turning to particle board dust and the drop ceiling was collapsing. We lived with it as long as we could, but a year ago finally bit the bullet and hired a designer. We knew and shared what we wanted, but when his designs came back they were way off the mark, and honestly way outside our budget. At that point, we took matters into our own hands and hired a contractor and went to a number of kitchen and tile stores for bids.

Total Views: 203 | Flag Originally, a G-shaped kitchen that basically divided my kitchen in half & only used 1/2 the space. I have totally gutted it, designed a new layout that would utilize the entire space. Created a lot more storage, along with more modern functions, like pull out drawers. |
